Born in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, Artist & Spiritual Development Coach Tracy Tomchuk has worked extensively to create fine visual art, performance art, instruction of yoga, guidance through meditation, facilitation of Breathwork, and dream interpretation. She most often offers her services as a Coach & Mentor, helping others in re-remember their True Self, coming into their power and, connecting more deeply with the Energies of their world in and around them.
Like so many of us, Tracy grew up in a family full of deep love, misunderstood emotions, trauma and substance abuse. Through many pieces at play, she endured various hardships and deep wounds, it fuelled her art, travels, education, and so much more; taking the time to explore many therapies and healing modalities she feels more whole, blessed and HAPPIER than she could have ever imagined. Today she is able to see how her search to better understand herself, and the world around her led to so many beautiful creations, opportunities of work and adventures. This beautiful journey resulted in her brand Thrive with Tracy, because no matter what you have experienced, no matter how much baggage you carry, no matter how it is effecting your life, there is no reason you can't use it to fuel yourself and Thrive NOW. Much of her work is currently done online, as she works remotely from her RV Motorhome, as she travels North America with her Partner Genie and Daughter Zen (Born October 2020).
