Sculpted during Tomchuk's time in Montreal (2011 - 2012), these nearly life size sculptures were a study of the human figure in combination with other organic objects.
Conceptually, at the time of their creation, Tomchuk felt like she could deeply identify with these works considering their soft flowing appearance, stillness, oneness with their environment, but cold stone interior.
