Originally studying Ballet and Jazz Dancing she left technical dance training at The Royal Winnipeg Ballet in 2008, shortly after she began her Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree. She moved on to Latin Ballroom, West Coast Swing and Belly Dancing during her Studies at The University of Manitoba (2007-2011) and Concordia University (2011-2012). After her time volunteering overseas in Arusha, Tanzania (2012) she found herself involved in one of Winnipeg's African Dance communities and then soon after discovered Winnipeg's Hip Hop Scene (2014). Dance has been her primary artistic focus since 2015 and in 2017 she began to fuse her knowledge of Yoga and dance when she gained her certification to teach Yoga in Dharamshala, India (August 2017).
