Tracy Tomchuk Certified Yoga Instructor
A practitioner of yoga for 12 years, Tracy Tomchuk completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Dharamshala, India. She received her certification in August 2017 from Siddhi Yoga. Sharon Tomchuk Certified Zumba Instructor
An instructor of Zumba for over 8 years, Sharon Tomchuk received her certification from Zumba Fitness in 2010. She is also a certified Strong by Zumba Instructor as of December 2017. Fall Programs
Registration NOW OPEN Class Packages Drop-ins $16 $95 - 1 class per week for 7 weeks $171 - 2 classes per week for 7 weeks (save 10% = $12.21/class) $228 - 3 classes per week for 7 weeks (save 20% = $10.85/class) ***Fall 2019 programs are broken in to two sessions*** September 11th - October 24th and October 30th - December 12th 7 weeks of Barre Fitness Wednesdays - Elie, MB Open to all Levels - age 16+ 6:15-7:15pm at The Veterans Hall 7 Week Program October 30th - December 18th (No Class November 13th) $95 for 7 week session (one class) Multiple Class Packages Available + plus cost of required equipment Full set $25 yours to keep *each item can be purchased as required* Returning Students of Barre Fitness do not need to purchase additional equipment, unless wanting to upgrade. Must register/pay by September 6th to ensure equipment can be ordered in time Focus - Getting Strong really its an all levels fitness program designed to bring strength and balance into the body. Barre Fitness is a full body lean muscle toning workout using a combination of Pilates, dance barre exercise and yoga. It starts slowly and gradually builds up intensity in junction with vibrant music. Equipment is required for this class. Students must register for full 7 week session and bring equipment required. All levels welcome! |

October 30th - December 18th (No Class November 13th)
$95 for 7 week session (one class)
Multiple Class Packages Available
+ plus cost of required equipment $5 yours to keep
Must register/pay by September 6th to ensure equipment can be ordered in time
Focus - This session we will be focusing on Heart Opening/ Stress Reduction & Body Balance. **Wednesday evening is more relaxing than Thursday morning** #GetToSleep
For this particular Yoga session, each class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes: it will include 15 minutes of self-guided message (Myofascial Release) with the assistance of props (yours to keep when registering in full). Hatha is a low impact moderately moving yoga with dynamic transitions between poses designed strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Each pose can be held between 3 - 12 breaths depending on the goal of the pose. Breathing exercises help to bring about calm in the body and mind, and improve quality of movement.

Focus - Also focusing on Hear Opening / Stress Reduction & Body Balance. **Wednesday evening is more relaxing than Thursday morning** #Wakeup
For this particular Yoga session, each class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes: it will include 15 minutes of self-guided message (Myofascial Release) with the assistance of props (yours to keep when registering in full). Vinyasa Yoga is a low impact faster moving yoga with dynamic repetitions designed strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Personal classes allow for one-on-one training, individual modifications (everyone is built differently) and assistance in postures. One-on-one support in a pose can include help with stability, resistance & strengthening, and safer deepening of a posture.
All classes can be modified for individual student needs; possible styles that I can offer you are: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga (1 - 14 months), Senior Yoga, Balance Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Technical Alignment.
