Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm Beginner Foundations Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30pm Intermediate + Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00am Vinyasa Other

How did you enjoy the class? *

Great pace and easy to follow Challenging at first & gradually improved Difficult and hard to keep up Too slow at times - wished for a greater challenge Tough at first, but became too easy I did not attend any Summer 2018 Yoga Classes Prefer not to say

How did you feel about Tracy's teaching style? *

Easy to follow & good energy Her calm energy made me feel comfortable & relaxed She seemed to have low energy Hard to follow We held the poses too long We didn't hold the poses long enough Very hands-on & I appreciate her adjustments Her hands-on approach made me uncomfortable Prefer not to say

What are your plans going forward? *

I will register for Barre Fitness Wednesday Evening I will register for Thursday Morning Vinyasa Yoga - Fall 2018 None of the classes work with my schedule I will not be returning to classes in Winter 2019 I wish for the return of Evening Yoga Programs in Elie
